Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation

You may cancel any subscription or ongoing service at any time by emailing ayushopchauhan@gmail.com with the subject line "Cancellation Request" and your business name.

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• You retain access to your service until the paid period ends.
• After cancellation, hosted services are taken offline within 7 days of the billing cycle ending.
• You may request an export of your content and assets before cancellation takes effect.

2. Refunds for Subscriptions

If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund. No questions asked.

After the first 14 days, monthly subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

3. Refunds for One-Time Projects

One-time project refunds depend on the stage of delivery:

• Before work begins: full refund of any deposit paid.
• Work in progress: partial refund proportional to undelivered scope, assessed on a case-by-case basis.
• After delivery and acceptance: no refund. Revision rounds as agreed in the project scope remain available.

4. How to Request

Email ayushopchauhan@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your business name and reason. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days and returned to your original payment method.

5. Service Suspension

If a payment fails and remains unresolved for 7 days, the service may be suspended. You can reactivate by clearing the outstanding balance.

If no payment is received within 30 days of suspension, the service is cancelled. Data is retained for an additional 60 days before permanent deletion.

6. Data After Cancellation

After cancellation, your data is retained for 90 days. During this period you can request a full export or reactivate your service. After 90 days, all data is permanently deleted.
